FOUNDERS

A long experience working with processes of human transformation guided Karina M. Kimmig and Fridolin L. Kimmig, the founders of IHCOS, to develop techniques, models, and tools that would contribute to deeper and more generative work in interventions with a client. This approach was called MORE Humanistic Methodology. With effective results and lasting changes, they began teaching this unique methodology in 2006, and went on to certify professional coaches, clinical therapists, leaders, mentors, among others, in MORE Humanistic Methodology, to make it accessible to all. Thus, IHCOS was founded. Today, hundreds of professionals work with this methodology on all continents.
Karina M. Kimmig and Fridolin L. Kimmig are renowned professionals on the international scene, authors of hundreds of articles, books, present in different media (radio, television, magazines, newspapers, web articles), and as guest speakers at Congresses.

MEDIATION COMMITTEE

The Professional Mediation Committee provides the public with a forum where concerns or situations requiring their intervention may be raised. Thus, clients are assured that IHCOS will provide an independent, objective investigation and follow-up on the conduct of the professional IHCOS member, applying disciplinary action when necessary. When a client considers that an IHCOS professional has acted in violation of the Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct, he / she must first find a direct resolution with the professional concerned. If this action is unsuccessful, then either party may make a formal complaint to the intervention of the IHCOS Mediation Body to assist in settling the dispute. The IHCOS Professional and Member may use the Professional Mediation Committee to report abuse of power, misrepresentation of professional qualifications, misuse of IHCOS trademarks,  IHCOS logos, Humanistic Coaching, MORE Humanistic Methodology, or any other copyright protected material by professionals who are not members of IHCOS or certified in this methodology, in its advertising and in the promotion of events. The Professional Mediation Committee will investigate the complaint, mediate and report on the occurrence and resolution.
